First Floor

Enter through the front door, to the left is a living room with comfortable seating, flat-screen television, and sliders out to the side yard with lounge seating. To the right of the entrance is a dining area with seating for six and the kitchen with stone counters, stainless steel appliances and counter seating for two. From the dining area is a door that leads out to the deck and grilling area. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed and uses a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower bathroom.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs to the right is a bedroom with a king bed and to the left a bedroom with three twin beds and flat-screen television. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Lower Level

At the bottom of the stairs to the left, you will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. To the right, you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Just beyond is the living area with flat-screen television and an eat-in kitchen with an electric stove, Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
