First Floor
Enter into the front foyer with a coat closet, to the right is a cozy den with queen sleeper sofa and television and straight ahead is an open concept dining, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a gas range with stainless steel appliances and a closet with a stacked Energy Star washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for eight with French doors that lead out to the back patio with Adirondack chairs, a dining table, and a gas grill. The living area has a large L-shaped leather sofa that surrounds a gas fireplace and large flat-screen television. To the left of the kitchen area is a bathroom with a double vanity and a glass enclosed tiled shower and the master bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is a bedroom with a queen bed, to the right is a bedroom with two full beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
