First Floor

From the front stoop, enter into foyer, with stairs straight ahead leading to second floor, and a powder room to the right. To the left is a formal dining area with seating for six, open to the kitchen which has a center island and breakfast stools. This space leads to sliding doors that open onto a private back patio and a path leading to the (non-enclosed) outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The living room with a decorative fireplace is open to the kitchen for easy entertaining. The primary suite, to the right of the stairwell, has a king sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and sliding glass doors that open to the back patio.

Second Floor

The stack washer and dryer is conveniently located in the closet at the top of the stairs. Two bedrooms (King and Twins) each have a private shower bath and a large closet.

An unfinished basement offers room for storing bikes, garden supplies, beach equipment, etc...
