The pool and expansive outdoor living area seamlessly extend the beauty of the home, providing a private and peaceful setting for relaxation.
First Floor
Enter into the spacious foyer with French doors out to the south facing deck, pool area and lawn. Just off the foyer is a mudroom with a washer/dryer, sink and utility closet. The first floor master has a queen bed, French doors out to the deck and pool and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and glass and tiled shower. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, the first has twin beds and uses a hall bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower and French doors out to the deck and pool.
Second Floor
The second floor is light and bright and has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen. The master bedroom has a King bed, and french doors onto a private deck with distant water views of the pond and ocean. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities, a glass enclosed shower and separate tub.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
