There are second floor ocean views and you can hear the surf throughout the property. There are large decks and porches and a big lawn area for outdoor enjoyment. There are cathedral ceilings in both the main living area and the master suite, and both have peeks of the ocean through glass doors and windows. The first floor has a very nice layout, with a large central foyer and family room in the middle. One bedroom serves as a secondary master or guest suite with a private bath, while the other two share a large hall bath. The newly completed lower level offers an additional family room, perfect for rainy days.
First Floor
Front porch entry to large foyer. Straight ahead is the family room that opens onto the large and inviting rear deck with outdoor shower. The bedroom to the left has an en suite bath and opens onto the deck. There are two additional bedrooms to the right of the foyer and one full bath.
Second Floor
Open living area and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a new island with wine fridge and seating. The kitchen and living area offer water views and open onto the second floor deck perfect for outdoor dining and lounging. The kitchen has a large pantry and half bath off of it. The master bedroom suite has a private bath, vaulted ceilings, and opens onto the deck. The master bedroom also offers ocean views.
Lower Level
Lower level with a large family room with 55" TV, a nice escape for rainy day entertainment. Laundry room with ample storage.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
