The layout of this property is perfect for large families or groups, the spacious house has six bedrooms and six and one half bedrooms and the cottage has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry. There are high-end finishes throughout with an open floor plan that allows for spacious, airy, and light-filled rooms that seamlessly transition to outdoor spaces. The exterior living includes a spacious bluestone patio surrounding the lovely heated pool, a lush rolling yard and a covered back deck with stunning views. The property is only one mile to Main Street and minutes to the beach. The property also has an air hockey table, XBOX, ping pong table and pool floats.
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer, to the right is a small office and a first floor master with a cathedral ceiling, king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The front hall opens into a spacious open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The high-end chef's kitchen is complete with stone counters, a large center island with seating for three, a Wolf six burner gas range and a walk-in pantry. The dining table seats 10 and the living room has a coffered ceiling, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and a stone fireplace. French doors open out to the back porch, pool and patio area. Off the kitchen is a mudroom, laundry area and a powder room which can also be accessed from the from foyer. A door to the side yard gives easy access to the outdoor shower.
Second Floor
The large master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling has a sitting area, a large walk-in closet, a private deck that looks over the pool and conservation land and an ensuite tiled bathroom with with double vanities, a glass enclosed shower and a free-standing soaking tub. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, one has a queen bed and the other has two built-in twin beds, both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Cottage
Enter into the open concept living room and kitchen. The spacious living area has a full pull out sofa and French doors leading to covered patio. There are two guest bedrooms in the cottage, the first has a queen bed and the second has a twin trundle bed, both bedrooms are ensuite.
