This house is ideal for a family or couple wanting to enjoy the most gorgeous season on Nantucket in a quiet, rural setting near the island's best beaches. A fun addition to the property are two Alpacas that are located on the property. They will be fed and are accessed via a separate entrance during the rental.
First Floor
The first floor has an open concept kitchen and living area, with a separate dining room that seats seven people. The newly renovated kitchen offers high end appliances, two sinks and quartz countertops. The great room, that was a new addition in 2022, has cathedral ceilings and is a wonderful space for family to gather. There are two bedrooms on the first floor; a primary bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom with shower. A half bath and laundry completes this level.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms. A guest bedroom that has a private bathroom with shower, and then two additional bedrooms; both with full size beds. Both these bedrooms share a hall bath that has a separate tub and shower.
