The exterior offers a furnished deck and grill area, outdoor shower and a grassy yard for play. The stroll to the village of Sconset is 15 minutes away via charming side streets, where one can enjoy several restaurants, the Sconset Market and Cod Fish Park and playground. Proceed down Sankaty Road towards the Lighthouse. Turn left onto Isobel Way (cross over the bike path) and Blue Whale will be the first house on your left. There is a '76' on the trim of the upper deck, a whale weathervane on the roof of the house and a 'Blue Whale' quarterboard on the side of the house closest to the driveway.
First Floor
From the front porch, enter into the welcoming living room with comfortable seating and a TV. The space flows seamlessly into the galley kitchen and beyond to the dining area. At the end of the kitchen area is a closet containing the stackable washer/dryer and beyond is the power room. A door off of the kitchen area leads to the deck. For the 2025 season, there will be two new minisplits providing AC.
Second Floor
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, private bathroom with a shower, private deck to take in the distant ocean views and a set of open stairs leading to a furnished loft/office, a wonderful hideaway for reading. There are two other bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one with a daybed, these bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower. For the 2025 season, there will be two new minisplits providing AC in the primary bedroom, and one in each of the guest bedrooms.
Third Floor
A set of open stairs in the main bedroom leads up to a furnished loft/office with a desk and convertible sofa, a wonderful hideaway for reading with views of Sankaty Head lighthouse and the ocean. For the 2025 season, there will be a minisplit AC unit in this space.
