This charming Nantucket post-and-beam summer rental is located on a private half-acre, bordered by 34 acres of conservation and nature trails. A newly added pool and blue stone patio, completed in 2019, make this gem a true hit! This vacation rental is just a short distance from Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, and some of the island's best South Shore Beaches.
First Floor
Enter into an open yet cozy living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has built ins, a large flat screen television and an L-shaped sectional with a game table. The dining area has seating for six and the kitchen has stone countertops, an electric range and island seating for three. Behind the kitchen is the generously sized laundry room/mud room which has access to the new bluestone patio, outdoor shower and pool. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twins share a hall bathroom with a shower.

The master suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower.
