The Westmoor Club and Something Natural are around each corner. The property is in a great location for people who like to bike, with the Cliff Road bike path around the corner. Nantucket's network of other bike paths are easy accessible as well. Public golf courses are short drives away, as are Nantucket's natural sites. The house has great cell phone coverage, fast internet service with protected WiFi for devices and streaming, 5 flat-screen TV's. Comcast Xfinity with premium movie channels available on living room and media room flat-screens; these TVs also have Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps, as does the master bedroom. Second and third floor guest suites have flat screens with basic Xfinity cable.

Stone patio with gas fire pit offers cozy seating for 12. From 2-car driveway, step up to the side deck to enter large laundry room with powder room. Outdoor shower conveniently located on side deck.
Second Floor
Three bedrooms. Large master bedroom offers king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private bath. Beautiful tiled bathroom with double vanity, marble floors and over-sized walk-in shower with seating. Separate guest suite offers queen bed, sitting area with TV and own bar with refrigerator and sink. Pocket door leads into bathroom with tub. Across the hall is additional small bedroom with double bed.
Third Floor
Stairway from second floor hall leads to large, sunny, open room with separate bathroom, TV, and walk-in shower with seating. Wall-to-wall carpet and 3 twin platform beds, each with own base with drawers for storage.
Lower Level
Two bedrooms and media room. 10' ceilings, full-size egress windows for plenty of sun and porcelain tile floor. One large bedroom with king bed, bath with tub across the hall. Second bedroom suite with queen bed, private tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. Cozy media room with large flat-screen.
