Located in Smith's Point, this modern cottage is ideal for a peaceful retreat for laid-back living, enjoying the Madaket sunsets from the back porch, and lounging at the beach. Outside, the wrap around deck sits right in the dunes with views of the water.

First Floor

Enter into the kitchen with stone counters, an electric range, and hightop seating for four. To the right of the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. To the left of the kitchen is an open-concept dining/living room and a full shower bathroom. The dining area has seating for six and the living area has comfortable seating, flat-screen television, and a bar area with a wine refrigerator. Beyond the living room is a little reading nook that leads out to the back deck with several seating areas and views of the dunes and ocean beyond.

Second Floor

The second floor has a king bed; this room uses the bathroom on the first floor, the one that has a shower, off of the living area.

Outdoor Area

An attached shed is home to the washer and dryer (exit the house and a boardwalk will lead you to this area). The outdoor shower is located around the back of the house.
