The main house offers four bedrooms on three finished floors and is situated nicely around the pool and decks. The cottage has two bedrooms on three finished floors.
First Floor
Large kitchen with center island seating. The kitchen opens onto the deck and pool area as well as into the dining room with side deck access. At the front of the house just off the front foyer there is a wood paneled den with side deck access. Off of the kitchen and dining is the living room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, and skylights. Glass sliders to pool and generous outside decks and stone barbecue. The private master bedroom with wood feature wall and en-suite master bath is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the pool. The mudroom with built-ins, and laundry room is just off the kitchen. The powder room that connects to outdoor shower.
Second Floor
Two comfortable and bright en-suite guest bedrooms. One has a balcony that overlooks the pool.
Lower Level
Finished lower level with 10 foot high ceilings. There is a play table and large family room with TV. There is a half bath on this level. There is also a large bunk room with en-suite bath.
Cottage
Walk into an open floor plan with sliders leading out to wraparound porch, overlooking the patio and pool. The first floor of the cottage has an open kitchen and living room with powered room and laundry. The second floor has a spacious bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and en-suite bath. The lower level has a bedroom with en-suite bath.
