The front door leads to a large foyer with a comfortable sitting room, perfect for reading a book. There is an open kitchen/dining room with seating for eight at the diner table. Bar seats two. Slider allows plenty of light to get in and leads to a large deck with private back yard. Separate living room with gas fireplace, TV and game table. The small den/bedroom has a day bed and TV. Full bathroom and laundry area.
Second Floor
The master suite has a king bed with a private bathroom that has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a guest room with a queen bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom with a full and single bed. All bedrooms are carpeted. Full bath is in the hallway.

Hummock Pond is ideal for nature lovers, with miles of trails, water views, and wildlife! More than a mile long, Hummock Pond is an outwash pond extending from the middle of the western portion of Nantucket down to the ocean with a barrier beach in front of it. Hummock Pond and its head are classified as coastal salt ponds. Undisrupted nature at its best.
