The location, down a long country road, provides privacy and lovely, elevated pastoral views paired with the convenience of being close to town and beaches. The infinity pool and surrounding stone patio overlooking the terraced lawn, fortified by stone retaining walls brimming with lavender, create the perfect outdoor space to enjoy the day or sip an end of the day cocktail watching the sunset.
First Floor
The first floor features an open concept floor plan while also providing three separate living areas. To the right of the entrance is a large dining room with seating for up to 10 and additional overflow seating at the eat-in kitchen island. This flows into an open concept, gourmet kitchen with sophisticated appliances, custom cabinetry, two custom built[-in refrigerators, and a secret built in pantry. To the left is a living area with a large L Shape sectional sofa and television and continues to a second living area with a built-in wet bar and fireplace. There is also a beautiful sunroom with vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides that look out to the pool and lawn below. A lovely powder room services these living areas. There are french doors that lead out to a separate deck with an outdoor seating area and one of two outdoor showers. Down a hallway, you will pass an additional entryway that stores your beach towels and necessities and a laundry room with built-in ironing board and sink. These doors also lead out to the second outdoor shower. To the left is the first ensuite bedroom with a king bed and a walk-in shower. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and dual vanities. French Doors open to a private patio.
Second Floor
There are two large ensuite bedrooms that offer beautiful views of the pool and yard. One with a king bed and walk-in tile shower. The other has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a combination shower with tub.
Lower Level
The lower level of the home is an extensive space that features three king bedrooms, all of which are ensuite. Two of the ensuite bathrooms showcase beautiful walk in tile showers; the third features a tub and tile shower combination. There are two comfortable seating areas both with large L Shape sectional sofas; one that is centered around a TV and perfect for cozying up on a rainy day with a movie. There is a wet bar area, dining table area for 6 and a smaller separate arm-chair media area as well. There is also additional laundry on this level.
