Located in the historic district and tucked in off Fair Street on a seldom traveled quiet lane. Only a short distance to the center of town where you will find some of the islands finest shops, restaurants and bars.

Enter through the side door into the kitchen/living area. The kitchen has a six burner gas range, granite countertops, counter seating for two and a small office area. The living area has comfortable seating a large flat screen television and looks out to the back garden and yard. Though to the front of the house is a dining area with seating for eight and a formal sitting area with French doors out to the side deck. Beyond the dining area is a hall that leads to the front door. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and uses a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Second Floor
The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen television and an ensuite shower bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the second with a queen bed. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
