First Floor
Enter into the front foyer with coat cubbies and a powder room. To the left is a living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television. Just beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for six and the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, island seating for six, stainless steel General Electric appliances, a gas range, and a laundry closet with a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer. At the backside of the house a hall leads to the first-floor master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed shower tiled shower. Off the hall is a door out to the back patio/yard where you will find a gas grill and a dining table with seating for six.Â
Second Floor
The second-floor primary has a queen bed with a walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, one a queen bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.Â
Third Floor
The third floor has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.
Lower Level
The lower level has a wet bar with a sink, wine refrigerator, and a high-top table for two. There is a second stacked washer and dryer for overflow laundry. A home theater with a movie projector and two levels of seating is off the front hall. Just beyond are exercise mats with kettlebells and TRX and a full bathroom with a shower.Â

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
