This room leads out onto a comfortable back deck. The kitchen has all white cabinetry and a center island with seating for four. High-end appliances include a Wolf stove with 4 burners, grill and griddle, making family meals an adventure. An extra gathering space is located in the Study/TV room which can be used as a quiet reading room or play space for children. The room has built-in bookcases, a large TV, shiplap ceiling and glass French doors. The first-floor master was created to assure easy access and a quiet area for relaxing, with vaulted shiplap ceilings. There is a private deck off this room. The private bathroom has heated floors, a walk-in shower with glass doors, vanity and private toilet area. A back foyer leads to a porch with a covered changing room with an adjoining outdoor cedar shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has four bedrooms; two additional master bedrooms both with king beds, flat screen televisions and private bathrooms with heated floors and walk-in showers. There are two guest bedrooms; the first has a queen bed with a private deck, flat screen television and an ensuite shower bathroom and a fourth bedroom two twin beds with an ensuite shower bathroom. There is also a bathroom with a combination tub/shower located in the hall. A laundry room with two full-size washer and dryers completes this level.
