The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee or soak in sunset with a cocktail while gazing out over the ocean. Enjoy the secluded, lovely outdoor patio area and separate fire pit for entertaining.
First Floor
Enter from the front porch into the bright open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The comfortable living room features a cathedral ceiling with comfortable seating and stunning views looking out to the Atlantic. The airy dining area has seating for six and French doors that lead out to the back patio. This opens into the modern style kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and additional countertop bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms on the east side of the house; a king, a queen, and twins. The king primary suite offers views of the water and has a private bathroom with a new glass-enclosed shower. Two bedroom share the a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The laundry area is also located at this end of the house.

For additional guests there is a newly updated Studio bunk room: Queen & twin bunk bed with a desk, office chair & dresser. Portable AC unit and an outside shower 3 steps from the door.
