Sea Change is a harbor front Nantucket vacation property on three private acres running between the Wauwinet Road and the upper harbor. The original house was built in 1978 by the present owner and enlarged in 1992. The home offers spectacular views from every room. Ten steps from the deck a brief staircase ends on the lovely harbor beach. The main house offers five bedrooms with a master suite on both the first and second floors. There is a one bedroom garage apartment as well. Garage apartment is on the second floor. Garage apt does not have central AC nor does the one single bedroom in main house overlooking the harbor.
First Floor
Enter into the foyer with living room beyond; there are harbor views from even the entry. There are two living rooms on the first floor. One large 'summer' living room with fireplace and TV. This connects to the breakfast area plus a handsome family dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a Sub Zero fridge, a Kitchenaid stove, dishwasher, etc. To the left of the home there is a king bedded guest bedroom with private bath and separate entry and a large office and laundry. The living rooms open onto the decks. There are two decks off the first floor allowing for sitting areas in and out of the wind and sun offering something for everyone. The north and south decks have views to Coskata and town and even the outdoor shower offers a lovely water view.
Second Floor
The second floor hall overlooks the living area below with views to the harbor. To the left of the second floor is the master bedroom suite. Stretching from the front of the home to the rear on the left hand side of the home is the master bedroom suite. The elegant master bedroom offers harbor views, a sitting area, en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and a large double shower. To the right of the hallway there is a bedroom with Twin beds and private bath. and two children's rooms, with single beds, that share a bath. Two more bedrooms each with a Single bed share a bathroom.
Cottage
Private second floor garage apartment with queen bed. The garage apartment enjoys harbor views and its own kitchenette and sitting area as well. There is not central air in the apartment but there is a fan.

What we like about Wauwinet
The only business in the area, the Wauwinet Inn offers fine dining, spa services, exquisite rooms, and boat service to town for their guests and diners. Wauwinet is also where you access Great Point, the peninsula that forms Nantucket’s northernmost tip, and home to Great Point Light. Great Point remains under the protection of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and the state’s Trustees of Reservations. An excursion along this ever-changing and unspoiled landscape, by boat or via four-wheel-drive vehicle, is a must-see while visiting Nantucket.
